Program Manager, Major Deployments - Site Security

For our client, we are seeking a Program Manager, Major Deployments - Site Security to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This role will lead major deployment initiatives focused on site security, with an emphasis on moving solutions from pilot to scaled operational use. The Program Manager will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate technologies, define operating models, and drive adoption that supports both operational efficiency and security outcomes. The work will require strong business case development, executive communication, and disciplined governance to ensure successful implementation across the organization.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $170,000 – $230,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead the assessment of technologies that enhance operational efficiency and security
• Create evaluation frameworks for technical feasibility and business value
• Develop ROI models to guide investment decisions and executive proposals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions for customers
• Drive the transition from pilot projects to scalable operations
• Design operating models that integrate new technologies into daily business activities
• Establish governance and metrics for sustainable technology adoption

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise operational programs, business transformation, or security operations
• Experience in large enterprises evaluating technologies for operational use
• Track record of scaling technologies from pilot to full deployment
• Proficient in developing business cases and operational metrics for executives
• Strong grasp of enterprise processes and change management principles
• Proven leadership in cross-functional settings involving multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills with an aptitude for stakeholder management
