Job Summary: To lead complex projects in the manufacturing sector, driving successful delivery, stakeholder engagement, and business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget requirements.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and relevant stakeholders.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance working environment to achieve project objectives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, regulatory authorities, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimise project impact.
• Monitor project performance and initiate corrective actions to ensure successful project delivery.
• Establish and maintain quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet required standards.
• Monitor project costs and expenditures, providing regular financial updates to senior management.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline with at least 5 years of project management experience within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong industry knowledge and network within the semiconductor, life sciences, or medical sectors.
• Proven experience leading and managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and generate executive-level interest in business solutions and offerings.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Excellent presentation, communication, planning, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
