Program Manager, MarTech & CRM

Responsibilites

• Lead cross-functional MarTech & CRM initiatives - Own end-to-end delivery of projects spanning Lifecycle Communications Strategy, MarTech, Analytics, Creative Agencies, Braze and Salesforce teams—from scoping through development and rollout.
• Drive project structure and execution - Build and manage integrated plans, timelines, dependencies, and risks to ensure initiatives stay on track and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Translate strategy into execution - Convert business priorities into clear workstreams, requirements, and deliverables that can be executed by internal teams and external partners.
• Establish governance and scalable processes - Partner with relevant stakeholders to design and operationalize intake, approval, and execution workflows to improve consistency, speed, and quality across lifecycle campaigns.
• Coordinate agency and vendor delivery - Serve as the central point of coordination across Creative Agency and Salesforce & Beacon deployment partners, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Enable CRM program rollout and adoption - Support launch readiness for new capabilities (e.g., AI tooling, Digital Asset Manager, etc.) and drive adoption across business units.
• Facilitate alignment and decision-making - Lead working sessions, track decisions, and proactively resolve cross-team dependencies and blockers.
• Drive operational improvement - Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and implement solutions that increase scalability, reduce manual effort, and improve execution quality.

Suggested Experience

• 4+ years of program or project management experience, including ownership of complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through launch.
• Experience supporting customer relationship management, lifecycle marketing, campaign operations, or marketing technology programs.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business priorities into clear requirements, workstreams, timelines, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.
• Experience establishing governance, intake, approval, quality control, and execution processes that improve speed, accuracy, and scalability.
• Proven success coordinating delivery across business teams, analytics, technology teams, agencies, and external vendors.
• Experience managing risks, resolving blockers, facilitating decisions, and communicating status and tradeoffs to senior leaders.
• Working knowledge of customer relationship management and marketing technology platforms; experience with Salesforce, Braze, digital asset management, or audience management capabilities is preferred.
• Strong analytical and operational improvement skills, with experience using performance measures to identify inefficiencies and demonstrate business impact.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; Project Management Professional, Agile, or similar certification is preferred but not required.

Compensation

• $60-65/hr (W2)
