Program Manager (Molding Experience)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree 3+ years of experience in program management.
• Program Management; MS Project (Advances).
• ISO 13485 Knowledge.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Fluid English (Advanced).

Responsabilities:

• Manages multiple projects to ensure project results and processes improvement.
• Develops mechanisms for manufacturing and projects monitoring.
• Problem solving with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
• Leads project planning, resourcing, progress reporting, people management, and troubleshooting for NPI
• and/or engineering projects.
• Prepares presentations to senior management around project status, constraints, and critical issues.
• Directs and coordinates activities of project and manufacturing to ensure project progresses on schedule and
• within prescribed budget.
• Helps to facilitate adoption of best practices.
• Monitors work plan and staffing for each phase of the projects.
• Training and development of the assigned resources (as applicable).

Sueldo: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 al día
