Program Manager/ NPI Section Manager (Semiconductor)

• Lead NPI programs and establish Project milestone, execution plan, identify priorities and risk, recovery plan and successful product enablement to production/HVM release.
• Serve as key contact window between customer and internal stakeholders on NPI execution, lead customer meetings, program reviews, aligns, manage expectations and escalations, drive execution and issue resolution, and ensure commitments are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Equipment/Process/Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Planning, Quality, Logistic, etc, to ensure smooth NPI readiness & execution.
• Drive product & platform enablement, qualification run, equipment & system readiness, test program validation, sample build and customer’s engineering activities & shipment request.
• Monitor WIP, yield, cycle time, capacity, and execution performance.
• Support project revenue generation and opportunity.
• Develop Jr. Engineer/PM capability, drive process improvements and implementation to improve NPI execution efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Science, Business, or related field.

• 5 Years industry experience in semiconductor, NPI, project management, or manufacturing environment,

• Able to support after working hour/ weekend/ night time meeting with overseas customer
• Strong project management, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Capability to negotiate deliverables, manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast paced environment
• Strong ownership, leadership, and ability to drive projects independently
