Saint Haven is seeking an exceptional Program Director of Pilates to lead and evolve our Pilates offering across our growing national network of Private Clubs.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role with ownership across programming, instructor development, class standards, member experience and future Club openings.

The Role

Reporting to the General Manager of Group Exercise, you will:

• Lead and evolve our Reformer and Mat Pilates offering nationally
• Develop signature class formats, programming frameworks and teaching standards
• Recruit, audition, onboard and develop an exceptional instructor community
• Set the benchmark for coaching, movement quality and member experience
• Lead instructor training, workshops and professional development
• Use class performance and member feedback to continually optimise programming and timetables
• Maintain a regular teaching presence across the network
• Support new Club openings, including recruitment, programming, equipment and launch readiness
• Identify emerging concepts and opportunities to continually evolve the Pilates experience

About You

You are an experienced Pilates professional who knows how to build an exceptional program and bring instructors with you.

You will bring:

• A recognised Pilates qualification and significant Reformer and Mat teaching experience
• Experience leading, mentoring and developing Pilates instructors
• Strong programming capability and understanding of movement and class design
• The confidence to assess teaching quality and uphold exceptional standards
• A genuine passion for creating an outstanding member experience
• Strong organisational and commercial capability, ideally within a multi-site environment
