We are seeking a Program Manager to align business strategy with technology delivery through integrated planning, Agile execution, and cross-functional collaboration. The role drives program governance, roadmap development, and executive reporting to support successful enterprise transformation.

• Strategic Transformation & Program Planning: Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives, coordinating strategic planning, execution, and delivery across business and technology teams.
• Business Requirements & Analysis: Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements-gathering sessions to elicit, analyze, document, and translate business needs into actionable user stories, features, acceptance criteria, and prioritized delivery backlogs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Owners, Business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Enterprise Architects, and Development teams to align business requirements with technical solutions and ensure successful implementation.
• Agile Planning & Delivery: Support Agile delivery processes, including Program Increment (PI) planning, roadmap development, backlog refinement, dependency management, release planning, and milestone tracking.
• Technology Roadmap Development: Develop and maintain technology and transformation roadmaps aligned with business strategy, portfolio priorities, enterprise architecture, and long-term transformation objectives.
• Executive Reporting & Communications: Develop executive-level dashboards, program status reports, presentations, and stakeholder communications to provide leadership with visibility into program health, delivery progress, risks, dependencies, milestones, and business outcomes.
• PMO Governance & Portfolio Oversight: Apply PMO best practices across program governance, resource planning, risk and issue management, performance tracking, and portfolio reporting to promote accountability and consistent execution with automation.
• Integrated Planning & Decision Support: Lead integrated program planning activities across business and technology workstreams, leveraging data-driven analysis, performance metrics, and reporting to support strategic decisions, prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Familiarity with development and Power Apps is a plus.
