Program Manager (Pathumthani)

Job Purpose:

Assist with the cross-functional management of Company-Wide improvement projects including Cost Savings, 6-Sigma Projects, Factory Improvement and Automation Systems and Production Improvement Programs.

Responsibilities:

• Works under direction of the GM to manage and collect information from Functional GM’s and create summary reports and plans in both PowerPoint and Excel for top management reviews with strong presentation skills.
• Responsibilities include creating action plans and driving the actions to completion with constant follow up and updates of all consolidate schedules and plans. This must be done in a cross functional capacity across the entire company.
• Develop KPI dashboards, measure performance of actions, provide graphical outputs
• Provide what if analysis and use out-of-box thinking in performing job duties
• Work closely with the Financial Controller to manage and measure financial improvements
• Must have a basic understanding of how to create and track project improvement budgets
• Must be able to work independently and autonomously focusing on results
• Performs other related work as assigned
• Be capable of building and managing a team

Education: B.S Engineering/Technical field or higher

Experience: +10 years in high-tech manufacturing environment

Required Skill: Must have excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Required Training: 6-Sigma, Kaizen, QRQC, LEAN

Requirement Skills:

• Needs to understand technical processes within a Contract Manufacturing environment
• Must have logical thinking process with good analytical skills
• Must have strong problem solving skills in technical problem solving
• Must be able to work cooperatively with all organizations and other leaders within company
• Needs to be flexible and adaptable in working and pay attention to details
