Program Manager, People Operations

For our client, we are seeking a Program Manager, People Operations to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space.

This role will own the day-to-day execution of a global contingent workforce program, with a strong focus on operational excellence and employee experience. You will serve as a key partner to internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure consistent program delivery across regions. The position also calls for process improvement, governance support, and risk reduction within People Operations.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $130,100 – $176,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Oversee the global contingent workforce program's daily operations
• Act as the primary contact for managed service provider processes and inquiries
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent program execution
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce risk
• Maintain and improve contingent workforce policies and governance documentation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR Operations or HR administration
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Experience with Workday and HR Operations service request management
• Proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Gmail, and Google Docs
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• Familiarity with ServiceNow
