Program Manager- Plastic Injection Molding.

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on Program Manager specializing in Plastic Injection Molding to lead and oversee manufacturing projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will take ownership of projects, ensuring they meet quality, timing, and cost objectives while maintaining high customer satisfaction. This role requires effective communication with both customers and internal teams, as well as direct involvement on the manufacturing floor to coordinate tooling, sampling, quality assurance, and production activities. The Program Manager will play a critical role in driving project success through proactive management and collaboration across departments.

Duties

• Take ownership of plastic injection molding projects, managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their requirements and provide updates on project progress.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams including engineering, tooling, quality assurance, and production to ensure seamless project execution.
• Spend time on the manufacturing floor coordinating tooling setup, sampling processes, quality checks, and production activities.
• Monitor project milestones and address any issues proactively to prevent delays or quality concerns.
• Ensure that projects adhere to safety standards and company policies throughout all phases of production.
• Maintain detailed documentation of project activities, changes, and outcomes for continuous improvement purposes.
• Foster strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service and ensuring their satisfaction with the final product.

Requirements

• Proven experience in program management within the plastic injection molding industry or related manufacturing sectors.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to work directly on the manufacturing floor coordinating various activities.
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with customers and internal teams at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of tooling processes, sampling procedures, quality control standards, and production workflows specific to plastic injection molding.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing project needs or challenges.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on timing, quality, cost control, and customer satisfaction.
• A proactive mindset with problem-solving capabilities and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
