Program Manager, PMO - Clinical/UM/CM/Pharmacy - Remote

For our client, we are seeking a Program Manager, PMO - Clinical/UM/CM/Pharmacy - Remote to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will drive integrated program planning and governance across clinical, utilization management, care management, and pharmacy initiatives.

The Program Manager will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure programs stay aligned to business priorities and delivery standards.

This position will also track performance measures, support decision-making, and help strengthen execution across related healthcare initiatives.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated program plans and schedules
• Coordinate teams and stakeholders to execute program objectives
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and lead mitigation strategies
• Track and report program-level KPIs and outcomes to stakeholders
• Ensure alignment of projects with business priorities and governance standards
• Facilitate program governance activities for delivery and improvement
• Oversee management of program scope and associated changes

Qualifications

• 6+ years of program or project management experience in business or technology
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as IT, computer science, business, or a related discipline
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies
• Advanced proficiency in planning and tracking tools for managing projects
• Strong analytical and risk management skills across related initiatives
• Ability to manage competing priorities and translate business goals into coordinated plans
• Effective communication skills for stakeholder influence and decision-making
