Program Manager (Polaris CPQO Transformation)

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 5+years of relevant project/program management experience.
• Strong experience managing complex enterprise IT transformation and system implementation programs.
• Experience with corporate carve-outs, TSA transitions, legacy application replacement, or system migration programs.
• Knowledge of CPQ/CPQO platforms, quotation processes, pricing, order management, and commercial system integration.
• Strong program governance capabilities covering RAID, budgets, milestones, vendors, and change management.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technology, and external delivery partners.
• Understanding of enterprise integration dependencies involving SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce.
• Experience managing phased cutovers, business continuity planning, operational readiness, and hypercare.
• Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, risk mitigation, and problem-solving skills.
