Program Manager PRN - Quality Management

Description Summary:

This position is responsible for the facilitation and coordination of facility-specific performance improvement teams and patient safety initiatives within the framework of the CHRISTUS Health Performance Improvement and Patient Safety Plan. In addition, this position is responsible for the coordination of the assigned facility's Performance Improvement and Patient Safety committee. This position is also responsible for the coordination of Physician Peer Review at the facility level. This position will monitor and coordinate responses to regulatory compliance issues related to core measures, performance improvement, and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate facility-specific Performance Improvement Teams and help team members keep their interactions positive and productive and hold the team accountable for completion of defined deadlines.
• Manages conflict within the team.
• Coordinate facility Performance Improvement and Patient Safety Committee.
• Collects and summarizes facility performance improvement and patient safety reports and prepares an executive summary of PI Team activities for presentation to the Performance Improvement and Patient Safety Committee regarding facility Performance Improvement and Patient Safety activities.
• Identifies areas requiring action and follow-up.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.

Work Schedule 8AM - 5PM Monday-Friday
