Program Manager/ Project Engineer

About the role

Program Manager role typically involves managing projects from initiation through delivery. The role coordinates cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement, and manages project activities within given constraints of scope, schedule, budget and quality throughout the project duration. The role ensures that the right deliverables are developed and delivered based on quality standards and contract requirements. It includes managing all facets of an ongoing program, which may include developing and implementing new programs, and is responsible for the management, performance and completion of major contracts or product programs.

About you

• Degree/Diploma in any Engineering discipline
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Project/Program Management or Customer Service in a manufacturing environment
• Able to maintain close interface with existing and potential customers on product and technology development
• Manufacturing knowledge of plastic injection, stamping, casting, machining, sheet metal and packaging (added advantage)
• Exposure to electro-mechanical precision assembly with process engineering background (added advantage)
