Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a Program Manager, RTE, or similar leadership role in technology delivery.
• Strong background in system migrations, modernization, and technology adoption within a financial services environment.
• Skilled in managing multiple concurrent workstreams, dependencies, and stakeholder engagements.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and enterprise technology delivery environments.
• Ability to partner effectively across technical and business teams to facilitate adoption and execution.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience leading large-scale technology transformation initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of enterprise middleware solutions and modern platforms like Kafka or .NET.
• Certifications such as SAFe RTE, PMI-ACP, or PMP.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture and modern development tools.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years of program management or RTE experience, specifically in financial services or similar regulated industries.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work on-site in Fort Mill, SC 2-3 times per week in a hybrid model.
• Flexibility to support ongoing program needs, including special initiatives or backfill duties.
• Strong understanding of Agile practices and experience supporting or leading Agile teams.
