Initial Period: 4 months, with the overall programme expected to run for approximately 18 months

A leading global industrial automation and robotics organisation is undertaking a major corporate carve-out from its former parent company. As part of this transformation, the organisation must replace legacy commercial systems currently accessed under a time-limited Transition Service Agreement (TSA).

The Salesforce Initiative has been launched to consolidate fragmented quotation, pricing and order management tools into a unified Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) platform, ensuring business continuity, operational efficiency and alignment with global commercial processes.

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager – Salesforce CPQ Transformation to lead end-to-end programme delivery. You will oversee the replacement of TSA-dependent legacy systems, drive commercial platform consolidation and align global business processes while managing dependencies with concurrent SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce implementations.

This is a strategic leadership role requiring strong programme governance, Salesforce CPQ and commercial systems transformation experience, and the ability to deliver complex enterprise initiatives within strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Programme Governance: Own the programme roadmap, milestones, RAID management, change control, budget oversight and vendor delivery.
• TSA Migration & Carve-Out: Lead the replacement and phased migration of legacy commercial applications ahead of TSA expiry, ensuring uninterrupted business operations.
• Salesforce CPQ Transformation: Drive the implementation and consolidation of the target CPQ platform, rationalising fragmented quotation, pricing and order management tools.
• Global Process Alignment: Ensure platform design and configuration align with global commercial process standards while accommodating approved local requirements.
• Integration & Dependency Management: Manage integration risks and develop contingency plans around SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce implementation timelines.
• Executive Stakeholder Management: Coordinate global business and IT stakeholders, provide executive-level reporting and resolve cross-functional delivery blockers.
• Change Management & Readiness: Oversee operational readiness, user adoption, cutover planning and post-go-live hypercare.
• Legacy Decommissioning: Coordinate the retirement of legacy systems and ensure TSA exit milestones are achieved in line with the overall programme plan.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Engineering or a related discipline. PMP, PgMP or SAFe certification is advantageous.
• At least 8 years of programme management experience delivering large-scale enterprise IT transformations, legacy system replacements or SaaS implementations.
• Proven experience leading Salesforce CPQ or comparable CPQ platform implementations, ideally within global manufacturing or industrial organisations.
• Practical experience managing corporate carve-outs, TSA-driven migrations or complex cross-entity IT separation programmes.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA and end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Demonstrable experience managing programme budgets, vendors, delivery risks, dependencies and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent English communication skills, including executive-level reporting and stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in industrial automation, robotics, manufacturing or heavy machinery.
• Experience consolidating legacy quotation, pricing and order management systems into a unified commercial platform.
• Experience managing global transformation programmes across multiple countries and business functions.
• Familiarity with hybrid Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Consulting or external programme leadership experience.
• Ability to operate effectively in complex, ambiguous environments with fixed deadlines and competing priorities.
