Program Manager - Value Stream Implementation

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of value stream mapping and optimization initiatives across the organization, driving measurable improvements in flow and efficiency.
• Develop and execute comprehensive program plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation for value stream transformations.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and kaizen events to identify bottlenecks, waste, and opportunities for process enhancement within value streams.
• Champion Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies, embedding a culture of problem-solving and operational excellence.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum Qualification

  • University degree in Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or equivalent.
  • MBA or equivalent Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Agile, Scaled Agile, Lean, PMP or equivalent certifications preferred.
  • Experience within Banking or Financial Services preferred.

  Minimum Experience

  • Total experience of 15+ years within large-scale transformation, programme delivery, operating model design or enterprise change management.
  • Minimum 8-10 years leading complex cross-functional programmes in large organisations.
  • Proven experience implementing Agile at scale, product operating models and/or Value Stream Management frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of portfolio management, governance, funding and planning processes.
  • Experience working across Business, Technology and Transformation functions.
  • Strong stakeholder management capability, including influencing senior executives and managing competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and executive presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive organisational change across large, complex environments.
  • Experience defining KPIs, operating models, governance frameworks and transformation roadmaps.
  • Ability to work within fast-paced environments while managing multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.
  • Willing to learn, collaborate, go the extra mile, and demonstrate high level of integrity with ability to handle highly confidential information appropriately.
