Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong expertise in Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to lead enterprise identity and access management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large-scale security transformation programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving MFA implementation across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise MFA/Authentication programs.
• Manage multiple workstreams involving Identity & Access Management (IAM), cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application teams.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate enterprise-wide MFA rollout, migration, and adoption initiatives.
• Partner with business stakeholders, security architects, and engineering teams to ensure successful program execution.
• Track dependencies, resolve issues, and provide regular executive-level status updates.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive vendor coordination and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 15–20 years of IT experience with 8+ years as a Program Manager .
• Strong experience leading Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) implementations.
• Expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) .
• Experience with enterprise authentication solutions such as:
• Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) MFA
• Okta
• Duo Security
• Ping Identity
• RSA SecurID
• Strong understanding of:
• Single Sign-On (SSO)
• Conditional Access
• Identity Governance
• Zero Trust Security
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
