Program Manager, Workforce Planning

For our client, we are seeking a Program Manager Workforce Planning to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $128,400 – $173,700 annually

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Workforce Planning operating calendar
• Track progress across all workstreams, including milestones and risks
• Lead the enablement and adoption of Workforce Planning tools and policies
• Challenge unclear scopes and escalate risks with recommendations
• Package and distribute Workforce Planning insights and materials
• Coordinate training sessions and monitor adoption of tools and processes
• Prepare executive materials with input from relevant workstream owners

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program management, business operations, or planning strategy
• Proven project management skills managing multiple interconnected workstreams
• Expertise in creating clear operational plans and timelines
• Strong communication skills for preparing executive-level materials
• Ability to identify risks and dependencies effectively
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
• Experience in using data to track project delivery and adoption
