Program Manager/PMO Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic programs and oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Establish PMO frameworks, governance standards, and performance reporting to drive consistency and accountability.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to manage priorities, risks, and dependencies.
• Track milestones, budgets, and KPIs to ensure timely delivery and continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and maximize business impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in program management, PMO leadership, or complex project delivery.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Solid understanding of project governance, risk management, budgeting, and performance tracking.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
