Exodus Recovery is seeking a dependable, compassionate per diem Program Nurse (RN/LVN) to support participants enrolled in our Day Treatment Intensive Program in Vista.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Program Nurse shall provide comprehensive services on all medication issues and
responsibilities for clients in Exodus Recovery, Inc. (Exodus) facilities, in collaboration with the Exodus physicians following the protocol outlined below. The Program Nurse is to ensure that the client has given informed consent for medications. The Program Nurse is an individual who functions under the supervision of the Senior Vice President, Administration. The Program Nurse shall meet the qualifications as indicated in the Short-Doyle Medi-Cal Rehab Option Manual and provide services in accordance with the scope of their practice.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Three years clinical practice in psychiatric care with strong emphasis working with severely mentally ill and dually diagnosed clients. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong knowledge of assessment and crisis intervention skills. Ability to work independently and show mature judgment.

CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE:

• Current California Licensed LPT, LVN, RN and current Continuing Education for maintenance of license.
• Current CPR Certification and current CPI Certification preferred.

Commensurate with experience

Pay: $36.00 per hour
