Program Officer

HHK (Hong Kong) (香港小母牛) is a charitable organization dedicated to help disadvantaged rural families become better off through eco-friendly farming and training.

We are looking for a dynamic, high-caliber Program Officer to deliver our educational and fundraising programs —turning students’ awareness into action to help those in need.

Responsibilities:

• Handle the operations, recruitment and logistics of HHK’s school fundraising and educational programs;
• Assist in maintaining networks with schools, vendors and other partner organizations;
• Assist in promotion of the programs including on social media and other digital channels;
• Help with research and development of program materials as well as new initiatives;
• Manage and analyze donor data to help optimize our reach and engagement strategy;
• Assist in planning and organization of events and activities;
• Deliver school talks as needed;
• Coordinate with volunteers and part-time staff based on program need; ;
• Contribute creative ideas to new educational projects;
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

• Bachelor in Communications, Marketing or Social Science-related discipline;
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, with knowledge of social media platforms and marketing a plus;
• Prior experience working with schools, youth, or educational bodies is highly desired;
• Excellent spoken and written English and Cantonese. Good Mandarin desired;
• Strong organization skills, detail-minded and customer-focused.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Program Officer.
