PROGRAM OFFICER (FIELD WORK) JARO UNIT

The Microfinance Program Officer is responsible for the implementation of KMBI’s microfinance program in his/her area of assignment. S/He is responsible for organizing & forming centers and developing center leaders. S/He is responsible for processing, monitoring, recording, and evaluating the loans of KMBI’s clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of 2 or 4-year Course, or College level with at least 84 units earned.
• Graduates of Vocational Courses, or K-12 are also welcome.
• People-oriented and rule-oriented.
• Knowledgeable in facilitating group meetings.
• Equivalent work experience in the same capacity or in Credit and Collection Management is an advantage, but not required.
• Willing to do Fieldwork.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
