Program Officer (Loans)

JOB SUMMARY
The Program Officer reports to the Program Supervisor and helps carry out the organization's mission by evaluating and granting loans to qualified businesses and individuals, following the organization's lending policies.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Client Generation and Portfolio Development

• Finds and promotes loan products to prospective clients in target communities.
• Evaluates applicants' financial condition, creditworthiness, and business viability, including character references.
• Prepares the documents and checklists needed to process approved loans.
• Meets client and portfolio targets within the set schedules and budgets.

B. Loan Processing and Reporting

• Encodes client information accurately in the organization's system.
• Secures approval of loan release documents and follows up to ensure timely and compliant processing.

C. Client Monitoring

• Visits clients regularly to monitor the use of loan proceeds.
• Reports client concerns and opportunities found during visits to branch management.
• Submits accurate and timely field, accomplishment, and loan utilization reports.
• Performs other related duties assigned by the immediate superior

Pay: Php14,500.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
