Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Construction Management, Operations Management, or a related technical discipline preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in engineering, systems integration, industrial equipment, manufacturing, fire protection, commissioning, technical project management, or related technical operations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary technical projects and coordinate manufacturers, engineers, suppliers, contractors, customers, and field personnel.
- Ability to read and understand mechanical, electrical, controls, and system drawings, with working knowledge of QA/QC, testing, commissioning, change control, and technical documentation.
- Strong project management, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to take ownership of complex issues and drive them to resolution.
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
Preferred Experience
Experience with fire protection or special-hazard systems, industrial equipment, controls and automation, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), field commissioning, international manufacturers and supply chains, and FM/UL/NFPA requirements is preferred. PMP, PE, NICET, or similar technical/project credentials are a plus.
