Role: Lead Program Performance Management Analyst

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards to track cost, schedule, and quality metrics.
• Analyze data trends to identify risks and provide actionable insights.
• Partner with engineering, operations, and finance to support program execution.
• Lead performance reviews to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Standardize program performance practices utilizing EVM, scheduling, and continuous improvement methods.
• Mentor analysts and brief leadership on program performance.

• Strong understanding of program performance management and metrics.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM), scheduling, and process improvement.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to collaborate across engineering, operations, and finance teams.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and performance tracking techniques.
