Program Portfolio Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Program Portfolio Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $140,000 – $180,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Engage with C-level Executives to lead enterprise transformation and migration programs
• Identify business drivers and develop board-ready proposals for desired outcomes
• Collaborate with technology experts to create execution plans and roadmaps
• Manage transitions of responsibility with Clients to ensure consistency
• Drive large-scale migration projects through all assessment and execution stages
• Conduct workshops to develop tailored Client solutions
• Align with Product and Program Management to enhance technology offerings

Qualifications

• 12+ years of leadership experience in technology, preferably in hosting and cloud service providers
• 7+ years in enterprise IT, consulting, or engineering with a focus on transformation and migration
• Strong business acumen to align Client needs with transformation initiatives
• Proven program leadership and management skills in complex environments
• Excellent communication skills with ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• High credibility with C-level executives and technology teams
• Demonstrated ability to foster teamwork and facilitate knowledge sharing across organizations
