What You'll Do

Run campaigns end to end

• Own CPS execution from post-sale handoff through launch and wrap
• Manage project plans, timelines, and delivery schedules across multiple campaigns at once
• Track assets, approvals, and deliverables; catch risks before they become problems
  Manage digital campaign execution
• Coordinate delivery of TikTok's in-app ad products — TopView, Branded Mission, Branded Effects,
  Search, and more
• Liaise with internal XFN teams (BOps, Product Ops) for smooth execution
• Brief and manage MCN and creator partners against timelines and quality expectations
  Support offline activations as needed
• Assist with local events and activations within integrated campaign packages — secondary to the
  digital core

Keep stakeholders aligned

• Run status updates with local and regional stakeholders in the local language
• Escalate issues early; contribute to governance and continuous improvement

**Must have and Good to have skills: Event Management & Project Management

Number of years experiences needed: 2–5 years in digital marketing, integrated marketing, campaign execution, or agency operations**

Shift Schedule: 9AM-6PM and depending on Events/Campaigns requirements

Work Set up: Hybrid

Number of days in a month or week that needs to be in the office: 1x a week (not fixed)
