JOB DESCRIPTION

• We are looking for a Medior Project Manager who will be responsible for steering and coordinating the activities related to the projects he/she will be in charge of, ensuring alignment between the needs of the customer, the business teams, the IT teams and the suppliers.

His main responsibilities will be as follows:

• Collect, analyze and formalize the client's needs and requirements in relation to the project objectives.
• Coordinate the various stakeholders and ensure alignment between the business, IT and supplier teams.
• Plan and track project activities, deliverables, milestones, and dependencies.
• Consolidate cost estimates, costs and resource requirements related to evolutions and developments.
• Manage and monitor the delivery of software solutions and adaptations in compliance with agreed deadlines and commitments.
• Identify and track risks, issues, dependencies, and deviations, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Guarantee the quality, compliance and adequacy of the solutions to the needs and requirements of the customer.
• Ensure governance, reporting and regular communication on the progress of the project.
• Maintain operational documentation and ensure continuity and improvement of services.
• Acts as the application manager for the Administrative Centre's access activities and contributes to client satisfaction

QUESTIONS
