Program Specialist

About the role

Facilitate and support patients, caregivers, nurses, and related parties during the Patient Support Program (PSP) journey. Verify and approve patient enrollment applications, remind patients to adhere to treatment, monitor patient activities and transactions, and capture and report adverse events based on patient interactions.

• Facilitate and support patients, caregivers, nurses, and related parties during the Patient Support Program (PSP) journey
• Verify and approve patient enrollment applications
• Remind patients to adhere to treatment based on reminder points
• Monitor patient activities and transactions
• Capture and report adverse events based on patient interactions

About you

• Graduate of Bachelor of Nursing and Healthcare Professional
• Registered and licensed Nurse and Healthcare Professional
• At least one (1) year experience in healthcare if related to Patient Support Program or Health Insurance
• Good knowledge and understanding of regulations specifically on local healthcare system
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good service mind
• Proficient in MS Office, Google applications and other platforms
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, particularly urgent and time-sensitive matters
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle unexpected or ad-hoc situations appropriately
• Good negotiation and coordination skills when dealing with patients, healthcare professionals, clients, and other stakeholders
