Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily programming for individuals in residential homes, ensuring compliance with Chapter 6400 Regulations and Allegheny Department of Human Services standards.
• Promote a safe and supportive environment that fosters individual growth and community integration.
• Coordinate activities, transportation, and support for individuals, focusing on their personal goals and well-being.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate regularly with the Residential Manager regarding health, safety, fiscal, and personnel matters.
• Ensure all required documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant with state regulations and company policies.
• Serve as an on-call supervisor, participate in meetings, and attend required training sessions.

What You’ll Bring:

• Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services/Social Services with 2 years of experience, OR
• Associate’s Degree/60 credits and 4 years of experience working directly with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• A valid Pennsylvania driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of vehicle insurance and registration.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check.
