Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing program operations for events.
• Demonstrated meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proven experience with event registration platforms and learning management systems
• Excellent project management, organizational, and time-management capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to effectively interact with global stakeholders.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a fast paced, global environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working within a sales/revenue enablement, training, or learning
• technology environment.
• AI tools literacy
