Program Supervisor

Overview

We are an agency of the Division of Development Disabilities (DDD) in Glendale Arizona.We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Program Supervisor to lead and oversee our Day programs within a vibrant learning environment. Duties

• Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs aligned with organizational goals and standards
• Supervise staff members, including Direct Support Providers, providing mentorship and performance feedback
• Coordinate daily operations within the program setting, ensuring compliance with policies and quality standards
• Develop new program initiatives to enhance learning outcomes and meet community needs
• Oversee staff scheduling, training sessions, and professional development opportunities
• Manage program tasks using relevant software and productivity tools to maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with stakeholders such as parents, community partners, and state authorities to support program success
• Ensure adherence to program regulations, standards, and safety protocols

Qualifications

• Strong background in developmental administration or behavioral health experience
• Proven leadership in team management and personnel management within an healthcare setting
• Extensive knowledge of program development in a helthcare or behavioral setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and developmental disabilities administrative software systems
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with consumers of various ages and backgrounds.
• Strong writing skills for documentation, reports, and communication purposes
• Background in childcare or developmental development management is a plus
