Knowesis is currently seeking an exceptional Program Support Coordinator (PSC) to join our team and provide invaluable support to the Biomedical Research Application Evaluation and Support (BRAES) program. The PSC provides enterprise-level program coordination and administrative integration across BRAES, supporting coordinated execution across the portfolio by maintaining integrated schedules, milestones, deliverables, actions, risks, reporting, documentation, and cross-functional dependencies. This is a coordination and integration role and does not replace functional ownership for scientific review, Consumer Reviewer administration, peer review system operations, or electronic Biomedical Research Application Portal (eBRAP) operations.

The Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Coordinate program planning and administrative support activities across BRAES.
  • Maintain integrated schedules, milestones, action items, risks, dependencies, and deliverable tracking.
  • Coordinate Data and Reports Tracking System (D/RTS) requirements and contract and Task Order deliverables.
  • Support Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and recurring or ad hoc Government and contractor meetings, including scheduling, materials, action tracking, and follow-up.
  • Coordinate recurring and ad hoc program reporting and functional inputs.
  • Maintain program-management documentation, templates, trackers, repositories, and records.
  • Monitor upcoming requirements, milestones, and deadlines and elevate potential schedule, resource, dependency, or deliverable issues.
  • Coordinate inputs and activities across scientific review, Consumer Review, reviewer engagement, quality, training, Contractor-Owned Contractor-Operated (COCO) peer review system support, administrative and logistics, and other functional areas.
  • Support program metrics, dashboards, workload visibility, and management reporting.
  • Coordinate with eBRAP personnel as necessary to support required interfaces and dependencies without assuming eBRAP Task Order functions.
  • Support implementation and maintenance of standardized program-management processes and documentation.
  • Promote visibility and communication across concurrent Program Task Orders and shared-service functions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, program or project management, public administration, health or science administration, or related discipline; equivalent directly relevant experience may be considered.
  • Five or more years of progressively responsible program or project coordination or Federal contract/program support experience.
  • Experience coordinating multiple concurrent projects, programs, or Task Orders.
  • Demonstrated experience with schedules, milestones, deliverables, action and risk tracking, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Strong organizational, written communication, meeting-management, and stakeholder-coordination skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft SharePoint, and program or project tracking tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or comparable project or program-management credential.
  • Department of Defense (DoD) or Federal health or science program experience.
  • Experience supporting Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts and multiple Task Orders.
  • Congressionally Directed Medical Research Programs (CDMRP) or biomedical research program experience.

Benefits:

  • Health (PPO & HDHP) Insurance, Dental, Vision, Short-Term Disability (STD) & Long-Term Disability (LTD), Basic Life Insurance, 401(k) Company Match, & Voluntary Products.
