Program Support Specialist

Stability First is seeking an organized, dependable, and compassionate Program Support Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of Healing Harbor Recovery Engagement Center.

The Program Support Specialist provides consistent center coverage and serves as a welcoming first point of contact for individuals, families, volunteers, community partners, and service providers. This position helps keep Healing Harbor organized, accessible, and responsive while supporting programs, meetings, events, communications, and community partnerships.

Key responsibilities include coordinating schedules and center activities, maintaining program records and service data, assisting with reporting, managing routine communications and social media promotion, supporting recovery meetings and special events, and coordinating programs and partnerships such as the Hope Recovery Collaborative, Pantry 279, and the community phone program.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and able to communicate professionally and compassionately with people from a variety of backgrounds. The ability to interact with individuals and families affected by substance use and recovery in a respectful, nonjudgmental manner is essential.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Experience in administrative support, customer service, community programming, social services, nonprofit work, communications, or a related setting is preferred. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, social media, and routine data entry is also preferred.

Some local travel and occasional evening or weekend hours may be required for community events, meetings, trainings, and outreach activities.

Pay: From $14.25 per hour
