Tanggung Jawab Utama
- Membuat dan mengoptimalkan program CNC 5 Axis Milling dan 4 Axis Turning
- Menentukan tool, cutting strategy, speed, feed, dan machining sequence
- Membaca drawing teknik, toleransi, dan spesifikasi komponen
- Melakukan setup, simulation, trial, dan improvement program
- Mengurangi cycle time tanpa mengorbankan kualitas dan keselamatan
- Berkoordinasi dengan operator, engineering, dan QC
KUALIFIKASI :
- memiliki pengalaman programming CNC metal
- Menguasai 5 Axis Milling dan/atau 4 Axis Turning
- Mampu menggunakan software CAD/CAM
- Memahami tooling, cutting parameter, fixture, dan proses machining metal
- Mampu membaca technical drawing dan toleransi dengan baik
- Teliti, problem-solving oriented, dan fokus pada kualitas serta produktivitas
