About AdGeeks
AdGeeks is a programmatic advertising agency and a Google Marketing Platform Partner for Display & Video 360. We were the first such partner in the Caucasus region, and we are one of about 200 worldwide. Since 2019 we’ve grown from 2 people to a team of 30+. We give agencies and brands managed and self-serve access to DV360, Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk, Adform and more. Brands such as JP Morgan, Blackstone, BYD, Dell, Nvidia, Sephora and AT&T have trusted us.
We’re building a fully remote international team. You’ll be one of its first hires, so you’ll shape how we run campaigns at scale.
The role
You’ll plan, build, launch and optimize programmatic campaigns in Google DV360 and Amazon DSP for clients in the US, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. You’ll own campaigns from setup to final report, working directly with our account managers and often with client teams. Budgets, verticals and formats vary, including CTV, video, display, audio, DOOH and Amazon retail media.
What you’ll do

Build and manage campaigns end to end in DV360: campaigns, insertion orders, line items, targeting, frequency, pacing and bidding strategies

Run Amazon DSP campaigns: audience strategy, retail and lifestyle segments, Streaming TV / Prime Video, and performance-focused setups

Set up deals and inventory: PMPs, programmatic guaranteed, CTV publishers and curated supply

Optimize daily toward client KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CPM, VCR and reach, and act on what the data shows

Handle trafficking, creative QA, Floodlight/conversion tracking and brand-safety settings

Build clear performance reports and insights that clients and account managers can act on

Contribute to media plans and proposals with forecasts, inventory recommendations and audience strategy

Spot issues early and keep accounts healthy, including underpacing, policy flags and tracking gaps

What we’re looking for

3+ years of hands-on experience running campaigns in Google DV360

Hands-on experience with Amazon DSP, either self-serve or managed

Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem: RTB, deals, audiences, measurement and attribution

Comfort managing multiple accounts and budgets across time zones

Analytical mindset, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and the ability to turn numbers into recommendations

Excellent written and spoken English

Self-driven and organized, with a record of working well remotely

Nice to have

Google DV360 certification and/or Amazon DSP / Amazon Ads certifications

Experience with The Trade Desk, Adform, CM360 or Google Ads

CTV, DOOH or retail media expertise

Agency background working with international clients

Familiarity with AI and automation tools for campaign workflows

What we offer

Fully remote role. Work from anywhere, with some overlap with European business hours

Competitive compensation based on Experience

Hands-on access to multiple enterprise DSPs and a diverse international client portfolio

A direct line to leadership and real influence as an early member of our international team

A fast-moving, low-bureaucracy environment that invests in automation and AI tooling

Room to grow into a senior or team-lead role as the international division scales

How to apply

Apply through LinkedIn with your CV.

In a few lines, describe a DV360 or Amazon DSP campaign you’re proud of: the goal, what you changed, and the result.
