Role Overview :

As per experience PROGRAMMATIC ADVERTISING TRAINER The Programmatic Advertising Trainer will design and deliver classroom-based training sessions on programmatic advertising for students, working professionals, and business owners at Digital Nest's Hyderabad campus. This part-time, on-site role involves creating structured lesson plans, developing learning materials and case studies, and conducting interactive workshops to explain concepts such as ad exchanges, DSPs, targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization. The trainer will demonstrate real-time campaign setup on major platforms, guide learners through hands-on exercises, and review assignments to provide constructive feedback.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver classroom-based training sessions on programmatic advertising for students, working professionals, and business owners
• Create structured lesson plans, learning materials, and case studies
• Conduct interactive workshops covering ad exchanges, DSPs, targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization
• Demonstrate real-time campaign setup on major platforms and guide learners through hands-on exercises
• Review learner assignments and provide constructive feedback
• Stay updated on industry trends and collaborate with the academic team to refine course content
• Support assessment, certification, and career-readiness activities

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in programmatic advertising platforms (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, Google Ads Display), including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting
• Solid grounding in digital marketing fundamentals — display advertising, audience targeting, remarketing, and performance marketing strategies
• Analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to explain KPIs such as CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and use analytics tools to evaluate campaign performance
• Strong instructional and communication skills, including the ability to design training content, deliver engaging sessions, and simplify complex technical concepts
• Practical experience with ad servers, tracking technologies, brand safety tools, and basic knowledge of privacy and compliance in digital advertising
• Relevant experience as a trainer, mentor, or team lead in digital marketing or programmatic advertising, preferably in an educational or corporate training environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications in digital marketing or programmatic platforms are an advantage
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage part-time schedules, and engage effectively with diverse learner groups across varying experience levels
