About the Project

The client is an ad-tech company that runs a programmatic advertising platform for mobile in-app and gaming environments. The platform connects brands and agencies with premium app and game inventory, allowing advertisers to reach engaged audiences through non-disruptive formats such as banner, video, interstitial and rewarded ads. You will join a campaign management team that supports the US sales team and works with agencies and brands on a daily basis. The team opens and manages campaigns across leading DSPs and SSPs, and this role is a new remote position within the team, with US-friendly working hours and a reporting line to a team manager in Israel.

Required skills:

Must Have

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in programmatic campaign management or ad operations at an ad-tech company, ad network or agency
• Practical experience operating campaigns in DSPs and SSPs (e.g. DV360, The Trade Desk, PubMatic, Magnite) and a solid understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and RTB basics
• Experience with mobile in-app formats: banner, video, interstitial, rewarded
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, large data-set analysis) and strong analytical skills
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini in daily work
• Excellent written and verbal English; a proactive, detail-oriented and pleasant-to-work-with team player

Nice to Have

• Experience working with Israeli teams or companies
• Familiarity with OpenRTB, Prebid, mediation platforms, sellers.json or SQL
• Experience with BI tools, dashboards or lightweight automation of reporting

Scope of work:

• Manage the full lifecycle of programmatic campaigns (10–20 campaigns at a time, budgets from 10K to 100K): setup and launch in DSPs/SSPs, monitoring, optimization, reporting and post-campaign analysis
• Pull campaign reports daily, check that campaigns are pacing on track, and fix delivery issues before they affect results
• Communicate with clients (agencies and brands): share reports, provide insights and recommendations, and lead regular campaign calls
• Troubleshoot campaign issues related to delivery, creatives, tracking, targeting, discrepancies and RTB-level problems (e.g. reviewing bid requests and responses)
• Work closely with the US sales team and the team manager, and use AI tools, spreadsheets and automation to improve reporting and operational efficiency
