About the role
As Programmatic Group Sales Manager, you'll set the direction for our programmatic sales team, maximising revenue and hitting budgets across our programmatic offering

You'll also:

• Coach, develop and motivate your team through regular training and in-field coaching
• Build strong relationships with clients, agencies and trading desks
• Prepare revenue projections and drive client retention and new business
• Recruit top talent and keep the team cohesive and high-performing

What You’ll Need

• 2–3 years’ sales or sales management experience, ideally in programmatic, OR 5+ years as an Account Manager
• A customer-focused background, with SCA sales experience a plus
• Local and interstate market knowledge
• A commercially sharp leader who makes clear decisions and inspires others
