Programme & Capability Development Executive (Government Sector)

Job Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of programmes and initiatives within the family services sector
• Work with internal teams and external partners on system and technology-related initiatives
• Support the piloting and adoption of technology and AI tools with service providers
• Review operational data workflows and support data generation and management
• Develop and implement capability-building initiatives for service providers
• Support the development and review of competency frameworks and manpower strategies
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement and change-management initiatives
• Liaise and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Support engagement activities, events and related logistics
• Perform other programme/project duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
• Experience in social services, youth, family or protection-related settings would be advantageous
• Experience in programme/project management, capability development, change management, technology adoption or system development would be advantageous
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Comfortable working with data and technology-related initiatives
• Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder-management skills
