Programme & Course Coordinator | EAT

About the Role
Our client, a community-focused organisation, is looking for a Programme & Course Coordinator on a 3-month hourly contract. You will support the management team in running skills courses, arts programmes and community events.

Contract Details

• Duration: 3 months
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm

Responsibilities

• Support senior management on courses, including course administration and trainer coordination
• Support the running of performing arts courses and trainer-related matters
• Assist in planning and running community engagement projects and events
• Prepare slides and presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate with community and outreach colleagues to carry out programmes and initiatives
• Propose and help put in place new ideas to improve programme reach and participation

Requirements

• At least 2 years of working experience, preferably in running programmes or managing courses and interest groups

• Experience in project or event management

• Good written and spoken communication skills

• Strong presentation skills and confident with preparing slides

• Working knowledge of social media platforms

• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

• Self-driven, resourceful and enjoys working with people
