• Own the programme roadmap, project plan, budget, milestones, risks and benefits.
• Coordinate business, IT, data, security and external vendors.
• Lead process alignment across sales, customer service, order management, fulfilment and logistics.
• Develop, maintain and monitor the integrated project plan, including milestones, dependencies, risks, budget and vendor deliverables.
• Provide regular progress updates to management and the steering committee, highlighting achievements, delays, key risks, decisions required and recovery actions.
• Manage dependencies, scope changes, testing, migration, cutover and go-live readiness.
• Prioritise business requirements, dashboards, automation and AI use cases.
• Monitor delivery progress, vendor performance, user adoption and business outcomes.
• Provide executive reporting and escalate key issues for decision.

Required experience and skills

• 15+ years of experience in programme management, digital transformation or enterprise application delivery.
• Proven experience delivering CRM, SAP, Customer Complaint, order-to-cash, logistics and customer-experience projects.
• Experience across both B2B and B2C business models.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end commercial processes, including CRM, digital commerce, pricing, order-to-cash, logistics, customer service and retention.
• Experience managing multi-vendor, multi-country and cross-functional programmes.
• Good understanding of data, analytics, automation and AI use cases.
• Strong stakeholder management, planning, problem-solving and executive communication skills.
