Programme Associate

We are seeking a Programme Associate to join our team in the North-East Region on a full-time basis. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the delivery and coordination of our psychological, counselling, and social work programmes. The Programme Associate will work collaboratively with senior colleagues, clients, and stakeholders to ensure our services are delivered effectively, safely, and in line with our organisational values. Key responsibilities

Assist in the planning, coordination, and delivery of counselling and social work programmes

1. Support the scheduling of client appointments and maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with confidentiality and data protection requirements
2. Provide administrative support to programme staff, including preparing materials, reports, and communications
3. Contribute to data collection and outcome monitoring for programme evaluation and quality assurance
4. Liaise with clients, service providers, and external organisations to facilitate programme access and participation
5. Assist in risk assessment and safeguarding procedures under the guidance of qualified practitioners
6. Support the development and implementation of client care plans in collaboration with the clinical team
7. Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives
8. Help maintain a welcoming and supportive environment for clients attending the programme
9. Undertake administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and communication support

What we're looking for

• A relevant qualification or qualification in progress in psychology, counselling, social work, or a related healthcare or social sciences field

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse client populations
2. Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with attention to detail
3. Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
4. Understanding of confidentiality, safeguarding, and ethical practice in healthcare and social services
5. Proficiency with computer systems and office software, including data management tools
6. Compassion, empathy, and a genuine commitment to supporting individuals' wellbeing
7. Flexibility and willingness to learn and develop professional skills
8. Experience working in a healthcare, counselling, or social services setting is highly desirable
9. Familiarity with outcome measurement and service evaluation methodologies is advantageous

• Monday to Thursday: 8am to 5.30pm and Friday: 7.30am to 5pm
• Location: Buangkok/Serangoon
• SGD 2500 to SGD 3,500
