Programme Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and comprehensive information on available academic programmes.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospective students into enrolments.
• Work closely with the Admissions and Academic departments to facilitate student applications, matriculation, enrolment, contract execution and payment processes.
• Participate in roadshows, Open Houses and other student recruitment activities.
• Promote academic programmes through various channels, including referrals and social media.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and enrolled students through cold calls, WhatsApp and email.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Head of Department (HOD).

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Passion for the education industry, with a strong goal-oriented approach and the ability to perform effectively against KPIs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Education and Experience:

• Minimum Diploma, preferably in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in education sales or consulting services.
