Fully remote | Full time, 5 days per week | Occasional travel to Belfast or Dublin

We are a growing consultancy supporting organisations across operational improvement, supply chain, digital transformation and strategic growth. We are looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Programme Coordinator / Administrator to join our team and help us deliver an excellent experience for our clients.

About the Role

Working from home five days per week, you will support the coordination of client projects and internal delivery activity. You will work closely with our Directors and consultants, helping to keep workstreams organised, on track and professionally delivered.

You will be comfortable working independently, managing competing priorities and communicating confidently with clients and colleagues. You will also enjoy improving processes and using digital tools, automation and AI-enabled systems to make our operations more efficient.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate client assignments, meetings, workshops and key milestones.
  • Track project progress, actions, deadlines and consultant availability.
  • Act as a professional point of contact for clients on day-to-day coordination matters.
  • Receive, review and validate client applications and supporting information.
  • Prepare concise short reports and client-facing summaries.
  • Maintain accurate project records, documentation and internal tracking systems.
  • Support CRM, document control and shared digital workflows.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through better systems, automation and technology.

About You

  • 4–7 years’ experience in programme coordination, operations, administration or a structured professional environment.
  • 3+ years’ experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident working independently in a fully remote role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable interacting professionally with clients by email, phone and video call.
  • A proactive mindset, with an interest in automation, AI-enabled tools and process improvement.
  • Able to travel occasionally to Belfast or Dublin.

Experience in consultancy, professional services or operational delivery would be advantageous.

Why Join Us?

  • Fully remote, home-based role with occasional travel.
  • Be part of a collaborative, ambitious and growing consultancy.
  • Help shape structured, technology-enabled operations.
  • Gain exposure to diverse client projects and sectors.
