Programme Coordinator

6 month contract - Auckland location

An experienced Coordinator who can provide senior level of support in a high pressure Transformation programme

· Working closely with Programme Manager – Transformation, Stream Leads and other key programme members to understand their needs, tailoring support as appropriate

· Preparation and review of programme Steer Co. artefacts, reports and other relevant presentations or documents

· Management of resourcing requests, contracts and financial trackers

· Facilitation of large across functional delivery forums e.g. Delivery Connect

· Collation and distribution of meeting minutes, agendas, itineraries and other documentation as required

· Ensuring that meeting schedules are aligned with overall programme roadmap, Programme Manager – Transformation and Workstream Leads

· Always maintaining confidentiality, ensuring all data is complete, accurate and stored securely

· Ensuring a level of service that exceeds customer expectations

· Identifying and owning your risks and incidents, in-line with our risk management programme

· Following all processes and procedures and relevant legislation.

· Supporting a safe working environment by embracing our Health and Safety framework

Must be immediately available or on 2 weeks notice
Preference for Enterprise experience in Insurance, Banking, Telco, FMCG
