Programme Coordinator

Job Role

• To prepare monthly and quarterly reports
• To update events and volunteers databases
• Prepare materials for events (e.g., flyers, slides, admin brief)
• To coordinate recruitment arrangement
• To coordinate with external stakeholders to arrange for mental health talks/workshops/events
• To coordinate and prepare necessary documents for bookkeeper
• To manage and update HR portal
• Any other adhoc duties assigned by management

Requirement

• Diploma in any field
• Basic computer skills (MS Office - Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Word)

Work Experience

• Relevant experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
