Programme Coordinator - International School

About the role

Good International Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Coordinator for our After School Programme to join our international school in Kota Kemuning, Selangor. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality educational academic and extra-curricular activities, ensuring exceptional student services. As Programme Coordinator, you will be instrumental in coordinating external vendors, academic team, managing programme logistics, and facilitating seamless communication between students, staff, and parents. Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing the after school educational experience and ensuring that students are taken care of and are productive after their school day.

Key responsibilities

• Keep up to date on monthly student data and day to day sign-ups

• Provide data and work closely with the other departments such as finance and student services

• Inform management of resources and support required for an optimal learning environment

• Be the point of contact for parents and students when after school programmes are in session

• Maintain comprehensive programme records, documentation and databases to track student progress and programme metrics

• Manage student and staff logistics

• Liaise with external vendors

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Management or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in student services, programme coordination or educational administration
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Malay and/or Mandarin is advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with student information systems or database management
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders including students, staff, parents and external partners
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism
• Knowledge of international education frameworks, curricula or international school operations is preferred
• Customer service orientation with a genuine commitment to supporting student success and wellbeing
