Programme Development Executive (Government Sector)

We are seeking a motivated individual with an interest in programme development, research, learning and curriculum design to support capability-building initiatives within the Public Sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop learning solutions based on competency frameworks and training roadmaps.
• Identify learning needs and support the design of curriculum and learning interventions.
• Work with subject matter experts to shape course content, curriculum and learning outcomes.
• Develop digital learning resources such as infographics, videos and articles.
• Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programmes.
• Conduct research and market intelligence on the latest learning and development trends.
• Support consultancy projects involving design thinking and process improvement.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, project progress, timelines and budget utilisation.
• Support capability development for Public Sector finance and procurement communities.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates with an interest in programme development, research, learning or curriculum development are welcome to apply.
• Exposure to programme design, learning interventions, digital learning or learning needs analysis would be advantageous.
• Strong planning, analytical and communication skills.
• Proactive, meticulous and resourceful.
• Comfortable engaging and working with stakeholders at different levels.
